Role & Opportunity
What does the role involve?
- Warm leads enquire about joining Onnero, mostly from businesses looking to add an Onnero Membership as their Employee Rewards Program
- Each team member gets anywhere from 20 – 40 new leads every week
- Leads are pre-qualified over the phone, then have their appointments scheduled
- Delivery of customised Employee Rewards Program proposal for each business
Simply put, hitting your very achievable sales targets equates to around $312,,000 of income in the first year for you, and that’s before other benefits once you hit your sales targets for 3 months such as:
- Free Onnero membership
- Personal Health & Image Coaches
- Personal & Professional development valued at over $50,000 per year
- Free products, tech, internet and other items
- Free Gym Membership
- Onnero Rewards Program Membership
These benefits alone are valued at over 100K per year!
In your first 4 weeks you should be able to onboard around 10-20 businesses. Keep doing this each month for 2-3 years to make yourself over $600,000 EVERY year from year 3… and you get trained on the growth & retention strategies to help you achieve this!
Working Hours & Flexibility
This is a remote opportunity that you can do from your kitchen table, bedroom or home office, during normal business hours and at the times that suit your lifestyle – No weird hours, nights or weekends required.

You MUST be based in Australia to start this, NO OVERSEAS APPLICATIONS CONSIDERED, but you can move anywhere in the world with good internet after your first 3-months of hitting targets, you just need to work the right time zone!
