1. Do I need to be a member in order to shop with Onnero?
Yes, only members can purchase from Onnero.
2. How do I join up?
Simply join at our membership page.
3. How do I order?
Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.
4. I have problems adding items to my shopping cart
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
5. How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express along with ApplyPay and GooglePay. Onnero coupons and gift cards are also available on our website.
6. I have a coupon or Onnero gift card, how can I use it?
Key in the coupon code at the field “Coupon/Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase. For Onnero Gift Cards, simply enter the Gift Card number at PIN/CVV at checkout where indicated.
7. Can I amend or cancel my order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled before the cut-off time shown relating to each order. Unfortunately after this time orders cannot be amended or cancelled. Food deliveries are unable to amended or cancelled once they have been confirmed. This will allow us to fulfil your orders efficiently, deliver on time and to minimize errors. It is always advisable to check your order before placing it.
8. How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email from us to confirm that your order has been received and payment successfully authorised. Alternatively, members can check the status of your order in “My Account”.
9. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
You can select a delivery time and date during the checkout process for orders using OnneroDirect. For orders shipped from manufacturers, the expected delivery time will be shown on the product page and/or at checkout. You can also track deliveries in the “My Account” section of our website.
