Fulfilment & Delivery
Delivery is free on all products for Onnero Members.
For fulfilment and delivery by Onnero, Members may select a window for delivery and Onnero will endeavour to ensure that the Products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner within the times selected by the Member. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of our control may result in delays. Onnero does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays.
Products must be delivered to physical addresses and will not be delivered to PO Box addresses. Unsuccessful deliveries due to an incorrect address or not collecting the item from the customer designated collection point may result in additional restocking or redelivery fees.
If a Member gives written authority for Products to be delivered without a signature, any and all included insurance cover will be voided.
Onnero reserves the right to not deliver Products to remote or rural locations.
Products delivered by the Manufacturer to Members are part of the contract between the Member and the Manufacturer. Manufacturers’ reserve the right to not deliver Products to selected locations. When an order is placed and that order is to be fulfilled and delivered by a Manufacturer, it will be subject to the Manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Onnero does not accept any liability whatsoever for orders fulfilled and delivered by a Manufacturer.
For international orders additional charges or taxes may be payable. Any such charges or taxes will be displayed at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Members check the status of their order from your My Account section of our website. We ensure timely communication about your order status via Email/SMS under the following conditions:
- When your order is confirmed/processed/shipped/delivered
- When your order shipment is delayed
- Once the order has been dispatched, we will notify you with the estimated delivery date on your registered contact details via Email/SMS along with the tracking number and courier/delivery partner details.
- Where a Manufacturer is unable to fulfill an order the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed.
Returns & Refunds
Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund, exchange or or store credit.
Returns can be booked through the My Account section of our Website. Please ensure that the Product(s) are suitably packaged and ready for Return, contain all original components supplied with the product(s) (including instructions and warranty cards) and have the Returns label/paperwork attached.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Refunds are not payable if the Member has already asked their bank or payment provider to reverse the charges.
Returns are free for Members.
What if my order is delivered at the wrong address.
While this is rare, if you discover that your order has been delivered to the wrong address, you should immediately contact us at www.onnero.com/member-support. We will follow up with the driver or courier partner and notify you as soon as possible.
