Onnero’s Return Policy for Change of Mind
Onnero Members are able to return most Products for Change of Mind.
Onnero offers FREE returns for most Products, providing the Terms of our Change of Mind Policy are met.
We promise that, should you change your mind for any reason regarding the purchase of any Products, we’ll refund the purchase price, with the exception of the items listed below.
- the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
- the supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- the supply via download of digital content (including but not limited to apps, digital software, digital magazines, ebooks, music, etc) which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) once download or use (whichever is earlier) has begun; and
- the delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
Our Returns and Exchanges Policy and Change of Mind Policy apply in addition to other rights and remedies a Member may have under law including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
Members may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Onnero within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund of the purchase cost of the item.

- Computers, Electrical, Home Appliances, Furniture and Large Items: Change of mind returns for Computers, Electrical, Home Appliances, Furniture and Large Items must be initiated within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for change of mind. These products must be returned in “as new” condition without damage and with all components and where applicable with the original packaging, accessories, warranty cards and instructions included.
- Baby Items: All baby items, including breast pumps returned for change of mind must be unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.
- Clothing, Shoes, Jewellery and Watches: Change of mind returns will be accepted for Clothing, Jewellery, Shoes and Watches where the packaging has been opened provided that all other conditions in the Change of Mind Returns policy are met. For example, all items must be unused, undamaged, unworn, and not have been resized, or otherwise altered after delivery to be eligible for a change of mind return. Clothing, Shoes, Jewellery and Watches, can be opened, for instance to try on to check sizing is correct, but must be returned with all original packaging.
- Food and Other Perishable Items: Food and other items with a short shelf life (less then 14 days) can not be returned for Change of Mind. Other food items can be returned within 30 days of delivery providing expiry date is more than 60 days from date of return.
