Zero Waste

We hate waste! Waste costs money and adds to the price you pay for products. In Australia, food waste alone costs 36.6 billion dollars a year, or $2,500.00 per household. Australians also throw away around 501 million kilograms of textiles and clothing each year, costing households thousands more. We set out from the very beginning to eliminate waste wherever possible, reducing waste by over 90% by incorporating highest product quality standards and partnering with brands that share our hatred of waste.

Carbon Negative

To reach our goal of carbon negativity by 2025, we’re working towards science-aligned reduction targets by implementing new software to optimize shipment loads and increasing our investments in regenerative agriculture. We have also committed to a fully-electric delivery fleet and 100% renewable energy. we’re also investing in carefully selected carbon offset programs that have a positive planet impact.

Plastic Neutrality

We cut plastic usage wherever possible. In fact, we’ve eliminated plastic usage in many areas of our business, reducing our plastic use by almost 85% in 2024. We also proactively work with our brand partners to reduce plastic usage across all product categories.
